Event Description:
Memorial Day Celebration in Millerstown at the Veterans Memorial in the Millerstown Community Park at 9:00 AM on Monday, May 30th. Everyone is invited to the celebration, but bring your folding chairs to relax in. There is lots of parking to the right of the park's community building toward the pool.
The Greenwood High School Band will provide music at various times during the event and play our National Anthem.
During the event, those veterans and first responders in attendance will be recognized.
Bruce Hengst, Trustee of VFW Post 34, Past Commander of the Millerstown Post and a Vietnam veteran, will be the Master of Ceremonies for the celebration. Rev. Fred Rudy will be the speaker.
