Fetter House will host an open house and a presentation of “The Many Loves and Life of Lady Marjorie Fetter Goossens”. Based on the recent research from diaries and letters left by Lady Goossens, historians Barbara and Glenn Holliman will bring to life the eccentric relationship she had with her third husband, Sir Eugene Goosens III, the disgraced former conductor of the Sydney, Australia Symphony Orchestra. This saga intertwines former lover Zygmunt Michalowski, the son of a Polish ambassador, and Zygmunt’s pregnant and married fiancé Marie Louise Douglass, only daughter of one of the richest men in Germany! Seating is limited in the historic Fetter mansion.
