Miltenberger Named to 40 Under 40 Emerging Community Bank Leaders List

Heather Miltenberger, Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Business Services at Pennian Bank, was named to the 40 Under 40: Emerging Community Bank Leaders list by Independent Banker magazine, the award-winning monthly publication of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). The award recognizes the nation’s up-and-coming community bank innovators and influencers who represent the future of the industry.
Heather was chosen from hundreds of entries from across the country. Candidates were judged on character, leadership, community involvement and innovation.

Miltenberger is a Lewistown native and has been with Pennian Bank since 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Susquehanna University and is currently working on a Masters of Professional Studies in Strategic Communications from Penn State University. She is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin with a certificate in bank sales and marketing.
She is co-chair of Pennian Bank’s Nonprofit Committee, which brings together leaders from a dozen nonprofit organizations in the region. Additionally, she serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers Services Board of Directors.
